The code for visitors to press at the front doors for you to allow access to your apartment is for example if visiting 206 West, dial 1#0206# and for 206 East, dial 2#0206#(the 1# represents the West and the 2# represents the East).
Once a guest is through the front door, access for the glass doors in the East or West wing is 206#.
Access is granted via doors and lift by dialling 1 on your keypad on the intercom handset.
The infrastructure for the Landline, Internet and Free to Air TV is now owned and operated by Opticom. (Sold to them by Telstra).
You do have the option however of signing up with most, if not all, providers of your choice.
Metered Energy is the only provider onto this building at this current time.

“The Removals Group” have done many moves in this building and understand the logistics of high rise moves. Give them a call for a quote, Ben 07 55545003. They are a family operated business who seem to care which is definitely appreciated by us as they pass our painted walls etc with your furniture. They have the appropriate insurance policy in place to cover for any damage. 😊.
