Lockouts - Fees Apply

Dear Resident

Please note that if you lock yourself out of your apartment, the on-site manager can assist, however, please note it is not a free service nor is it part on the managers duties.  It is not part of their contract.

Fees charged by management are as follows:

Between 9.00am and 5.00pm = $80.00

Between the hours of 5.00pm and 9.00am = $100.

A locksmith callout fee starts at $250.
